Pork Loin Fillet and Baby Red Potatoes in the RoadPro Portable Stove

These stoves plug into the lighter power outlet in your car or truck. Leave the vehicle running so you don’t drain the battery!

This is a 1 pound raw pork loin fillet and baby red potatoes on top. I also added one quince peeled and quartered but I would skip that because the quince was bland. And I put some whole cloves of garlic in. This was fully cooked in 1 and 3/4 hours but the video was done at 2 hours. Maybe it was fully cooked sooner! But at 1 and 3/4 hours I stuck a thermometer in the meat and it was 180 and was browning on the bottom.
This would make a great hot picnic for two. Or, for on the job or for a trucker with a fridge, this makes 2 meals. Next time I will try a larger piece of pork to make more leftovers. One thing I learned on this was that those baby red potatoes were good for snacking cold out of the fridge! Try it!
